Visalign Acquires E-Commerce Development Company.

In keeping with an aggressive expansion plan outlined earlier in the year, Visalign (formerly Forte Systems, LLC.), a technology related total solutions provider, today announced their acquisition of a strategic business partner, e-nterDev, a leading designer of e-commerce applications. This acquisition is expected to further extend Visalign's capabilities in the web service and e-business marketplace.

e-nterDev was founded in 1999 by David Resnik and Jason Leedy.
